Brian Wilson earned his Master’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Indiana University in 2011. After graduation, he was a college professor before joining Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) that same year. “I made the decision to join Globe Life American Income Division because I knew I could generate a much better income, and I’d have the ability to move up based on my performance,” he recalls. “I trained at the Home Office as a Director for four-and-a-half years, achieved Director of the Year in 2019, and was waiting for this opportunity. Because of my people-first mindset and my knowledge of the business, I knew Organization leadership would allow me to have the biggest possible influence on others,” he states. “And having that positive impact has been the most rewarding aspect of joining this great Company. I only wish I had started younger,” he adds.
Brian is a strong believer in the importance of AIL products. “Globe Life American Income Division products offer freedom from anxiety when a family member dies, because the family doesn’t suffer a financial death as well,” he says. “If you want to earn an income that matches your effort, there is no other opportunity out there like this one at AIL. My Organization offers you and others in this region the ability to get paid in proportion to the work you put in,” he emphasizes.
Supporting charitable organizations like Wheeler Mission of Indianapolis, Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Inc., and Ronald McDonald House are an integral part of the Organizations’s culture. “We give money to charities in addition to volunteering our time and effort at these facilities,” he maintains.
In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and three dogs. He’s also a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, good Italian food, and classic rock and jazz.
