There’s no better place to position yourself in a career than with Globe Life American Income Division (AIL), and there’s no better time than now to do it,” states Tommy Vena. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from Allegheny College in 2005, Tommy worked as a financial advisor. But the attraction to Globe Life American Income Division was too strong to resist, and he joined the AIL team in 2008.
“I was drawn to Globe Life American Income Division because of the residual income, no cold calling, the opportunity for unlimited growth in leadership, and the amazing culture,” says Tommy. “It’s the ‘family culture’ that’s been most rewarding about joining this Company. We started as work colleagues, became friends, and now friends have become family,” he adds.
Becoming an Organization leader was a natural progression for Tommy. “After achieving success on a personal level, I wanted to show others and lead them to achieve the same success and more. I tell people if it’s lonely at the top, you haven’t taken enough people with you,” he states. “I bring a lot to the table … experience, demonstrated results, passion, and energy. Those attributes have given me my greatest accomplishments with Globe Life American Income Division and helped me achieve top Regional General Agent five times in seven years,” he boasts.
Tommy believes wholeheartedly in the value his Organization offers in terms of career opportunity and economic impact. “The opportunity is unlimited for you with Globe Life American Income Division! AIL products protect the most important thing in the world to our clients … their families. You can grow your career at the rate you desire, while you positively impact your community. The more you help yourself, the more you help others,” Tommy emphasizes.
Giving back is essential to Tommy and his family. Because of his personal experience, he truly understands and appreciates the value of helping others. “I support Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, because our son had three open-heart surgeries there,” he says.
Free time for Tommy means an opportunity to be with family and friends or perhaps take a vacation. He enjoys basketball, and having played football in college, he’s also a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, as well as the Pirates and Penguins.
