Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) has been a life-changing experience for me and my family,” says Yemi Akinade. “It enables us to do things we want when we want. I’ve always had a deep desire to provide a better than average life for my family. AIL has made that possible, and I am forever grateful,” he adds.
While a college student at the University of Ibadan in Nigeria, Yemi played soccer, was on the swim team, and was a member of Rotary International. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in BSc Statistics in 2007, Yemi moved to the United States and worked briefly as a concierge at a condominium complex. “I transitioned to Globe American Income Division because it offered me both unlimited income potential and the unlimited opportunity to recruit,” he recalls. Being an Organization Owner affords me the opportunity to grow quicker and serve more people. And I strongly believe the more people I serve, the better I become,” he states.
Yemi has proven his ability to grow and serve and takes pride in his achievements. “While running a satellite office single-handedly with one Agent (me), within a year I’d built a team of 28 Agents producing on average $125,000 to $150,000 in monthly production. Three years earlier, I basically did the same thing in another location that grew to 22 Agents producing more than $125,000 in monthly production,” says Yemi. In 2010, he was a top producing Agent, ranking fifth among all AIL Agents. He has ranked as the Top Master General Agent and Regional General Agent in South Florida, month after month. “But I’m most passionate about providing career opportunities to others and seeing my associates’ lives changed for the better within a few months of joining the Company,” he emphasizes.
“Globe Life American Income Division products provide financial support to clients at critical moments in life. If you’re considering becoming part of the AIL family, go for it!!! Be relentless in your pursuit of excellence, understanding you are an equal partner with the Company in terms of residual income,” stresses Yemi. “This Company offers an unlimited opportunity to anyone willing to take full advantage of it … unlike much of corporate America, where your background likely determines your foreground,” he adds.
Always wanting to serve others, Yemi supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Toys for Tots and South Florida food banks.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, working out, swimming, and following The Miami Heat.
