Simon Arias, Business Owner of Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, was enticed to join Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) by his first Company mentor in Ohio. “He was so successful, professional, and caring at such a young age, I wanted to be just like him,” recalls Simon. Simon also loved the financial and advancement opportunities offered at AIL. With guidance from his mentor and hard work, Simon made $187,000 his first year with Globe Life American Income Division and moved to a top level management position within his Organization. “I didn’t really give Business Owner, Jim Surace, and Regional Director, Marcus Smith, a choice. I basically bothered them into helping me,” recalls Simon. “I listened and ran with their advice. I learned from their experience, what they had already done.”

Mario Hajro was introduced to American Income Division by a friend who recognized Mario’s potential before he saw it in himself. Mario attended his first Organization meeting in 2000 and was immediately struck by the culture. The agents were genuinely happy, performing at a high level, and united by a shared purpose. It was that environment and the people he met that inspired him to take the leap and join.
