Alexander Gross has always played to win: After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign in 2015, Alexander worked as a professional poker player for six years. He later became Social Media Marketer and Advertisement Consultant for a small business. He went all in on Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) in 2020. Alexander says the reasons he wanted to join the Company include “free leads, a great purpose to support our middle-working class, and the unlimited opportunity to grow.”
From the day Alexander joined the Company, he desired to become a State General Agent. “After becoming well-versed in consultative and needs-based sales, and learning through my experience as a Master General Agent that I could both train and recruit in this industry, I saw the opportunity open to become a State General Agent and immediately applied,” he says.
What are Alexander’s greatest accomplishments with the Company? “I achieved becoming a State General Agent in two years. I also won the 101B Recruitment Contest, coding 34 people in six months, and I tripled my submit count as a new Master General Agent from three to 10 submitters within nine months.”

Alexander has several hobbies he currently enjoys. “I play soccer, poker, and I love to hike and garden,” he says. In the community, he is involved with Habitat for Humanity and local Humane Society initiatives. Alexander’s Organization also helps support union families on the frontline.
