Nick Moore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego before joining Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) in 2010. Since then, success has been a constant companion. He was named the #1 Master General Agent internationally in 2016.

“I was attracted to AIL because my friend’s father was the business agent of the Local Union 267 and raved about how well the Union took care of its members,” recalls Nick. “Globe Life American Income Division provides financial services protecting the assets of Union families and provides financial security in the weakest moments of someone’s life. Making an impact on the community and being able to provide for my family has been the most rewarding aspect of joining the Company,” says Nick.

Would Nick change anything if he could start over with AIL? “Nothing,” emphasizes Nick. “Every up and down molded me to who I am today.” He does offer advice, though, to anyone considering a sales or leadership position with Globe Life American Income Division. “We focus on the team, rather than the individual, states Nick, “so have a clear vision and goals. This creates growth personally and professionally in mind, body, and spirit, which provides career opportunities and economic impact in our city, region, and state,” adds Nick.

Nick is closely involved with special-needs children. “I use programs to give children with disabilities a chance to work in the office to gain life and social experiences,” explains Nick. “I also have sponsored numerous sports team for underprivileged children,” he adds.

“In my free time, I like to travel, read, and spend time with my family,” says Nick. “But I’m also competitive and love all sports … basketball, football, baseball, golf, or anything that can give me an adrenaline rush.”

James Sodan’s real-world experiences and determination have been the driving forces behind his success at Globe Life American Income Division (AIL). James believes the Moore Sodan Organization will shatter previous barriers and set new standards for success within the Company.

Before starting his insurance career, James experienced a life-altering event that caused him to reevaluate his path in life. He sustained an injury from performing manual labor and playing semi-professional sports and found himself on disability. However, James was determined to turn his circumstances around. His resilience led him to join the Company in 2014, enticed by the income potential and growth opportunities.

On his path to Organization leadership, James displayed ambition, commitment, and a relentless work ethic. With a proven track record of achieving remarkable milestones, James brings a unique blend of qualities to the table, including his continuous pursuit of knowledge, visionary outlook, talent-spotting abilities, mentorship skills, and a genuine desire to help others.

 James has achieved significant accomplishments, such as generating $2.6 million in ALP as a Regional General Agent in 2022, $3 million in ALP in 2023 and said he has earned $1.3 million over the past 3 years, showcasing his exceptional leadership and sales abilities.

The most fulfilling aspect of his leadership role has been witnessing the growth and success of others within the Company. James firmly believes the Company's products help protect legacies and the futures of individuals and their families.

Outside of his professional endeavors, James is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys reading, live entertainment, and spending time with his family and friends. Additionally, he is passionate about giving back to the community through both monetary contributions and volunteer work.
