While attending Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, Brian Schreiter was a four-year member of the university football team. After he graduated in 1998, with a degree in geology, Brian left behind his college days and went to work in the construction industry. But in 2003, when Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) offered him the opportunity to help others while earning residual income, he was ready take his career in a new direction.
“When the offer to become an Organization leader was presented to me, I felt I was uniquely qualified because of my experience with AIL, my attitude, and my ability to overcome adversity,” says Brian. “Globe Life American Income Division products offer people freedom from stress and anxiety when a loved one dies. Those left behind know the family will be ok financially,” he continues.
Was the move to Globe Life American Income Division the right one for Brian? “Becoming a State General Agent (SGA) is one of my greatest accomplishments with AIL,” states Brian proudly, “but what’s been most rewarding for me is watching people in my Organization grow personally and professionally because of the opportunities AIL provides to them. Our Organization impacts our city, region, and state by helping clients protect their legacy, while, at the same time, creating a legacy for ourselves. If you’re considering a sales or leadership position with AIL, my advice is to ‘run the play’. Find a mentor and let him or her call the plays for you,” he continues.
Giving back to the community is an important aspect of AIL’s philosophy. “We collect food daily for area food banks that assist those facing hard times, and we donate to many other causes we believe in,” Brian emphasizes. He also actively supports his church and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Brian enjoys spending free time with his wife and family and following the Green Bay Packers.
