After receiving his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2013, Walter Icaza became a district manager for JP Morgan Chase Investment Bank.  But in 2017, he transitioned to Globe Life American Income Division (AIL).  “The ability to grow a team as big as you can imagine and to know that your income level is directly determined by how hard you work was too much for me to pass up,” recalls Walter.  “I wanted to become a business owner because my ultimate goal is to help people achieve their full potential.  Many leaders work on people’s weaknesses, but what makes me a unique business leader is my ability to help people identify their strengths and maximize them,” he states.

Walter takes great pride in what he has achieved with Globe Life American Income Division.  “During multiple years I was top in my category as a Master General Agent (MGA) and Regional General Agent (RGA).  But my biggest accomplishment was becoming the #1 MGA in Category 1,” he says.  “In addition to my own achievements, what’s most rewarding is seeing personal recruits and other Agents achieve income levels they only dreamed of in the past,” he emphasizes.

Giving back is important to Walter and his team, and they are actively involved with local organizations that support children in high risk communities.  But during his free time, Walter loves working out at the gym.  “I’m a gym addict, enjoy Italian food, and am a big fan of FC Barcelona soccer,” he declares.
