After graduating from Antonio Diaz High School in Juan Griego, Venezuela, Adel Al Choufi attended Santa Maria College in Puerto la Cruz, Venezuela, where he earned a law degree in 2004. However, before he joined Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) in 2019, he spent time working as a chef.
“When I came to the United States, I knew I wanted to fulfill the ‘American Dream’, and I’ve worked hard to achieve it. I was drawn to Globe Life American Income Division because of the tremendous earning potential it offered. I also was excited by the opportunity to provide freedom from anxiety and increased financial stability to AIL customers in their darkest hours,” recalls Adel. “I love this industry and consider being in first place in my Organization from the start as one of my greatest accomplishments with AIL. However, I think the most rewarding moment of my career was attending my first State General Agent (SGA) meeting in Arizona. If I could restart my AIL career, I wouldn’t chance a thing, because it’s been perfect,” he adds with enthusiasm.

In his leisure, Adel enjoys spending time with his children and is a sports fan. “I enjoy watching the Miami Heat, the Houston Astros, and Atlanta’s United FC in soccer,” he says. “I’m also a fan of musician Ricardo Arjona, the Guatemalan singer-songwriter. Having worked as a chef, I especially enjoy Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine when I dine out,” he adds.
