Prior to joining Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) in 2007, Beto Quintero did “almost everything, really,” including landscaping, roofing, waiting tables, bartending, and managing a fine dining restaurant in his hometown of Orlando, FL. In 2018, Daniel Pacheco made a pivotal decision to embark on a career with American Income Life (AIL). Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Daniel was inspired by a friend's transformation within the Company. He witnessed firsthand the positive effect AIL had on his friend's life, and that motivated him to pursue a career offering personal growth and the opportunity to help others. Daniel’s decision to join the Company marked the beginning of his journey towards leading an Agency, a path defined by remarkable achievements and a commitment to guiding and uplifting those around him.

Klyo attended Simón Bolívar University in Caracas, Venezuela where she majored in international trade Before joining Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) in 2019, she worked in various general jobs, such as construction. “I wanted to become an organization leader because I have a passion for leading and developing people and helping them achieve their full potential. The opportunity came to me, but I pursued it with everything I had because I knew it was the perfect fit for me,” Klyo says.

What is Klyo’s greatest accomplishment with the Company? “I have accomplished so many great things with the Company, such as being a category winner, winning Waco Woods, and receiving numerous plaques. However, one of my proudest achievements was being the pioneer for the Orlando Office of the Q & P Organization, and opening that office from scratch,” she says.
