Chad Potts joined American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2009 after being personally recruited by the same Agent who provided him an insurance policy. His grandfather referred the Agent to Chad to provide life insurance, but it evolved into a friendship and later a career. Chad was working at a plastic factory and doing massage therapy when he was enticed to join AIL because he always saw his new friend driving nice cars and enjoying time off.
Joining AIL afforded Chad the opportunity to show others a lifestyle and career they didn’t know existed by helping others grow into leaders. He says the most rewarding part about joining AIL has been, “Duplicating myself in others to help them grow with me and my Business.”
The Chad Potts Agency helps the community by providing American Income Life insurance products to help financially protect middle-income families. After two and a half years as a sales representative, Chad witnessed how AIL’s insurance coverage affected his clients. He says, “After assisting in many death, cancer, and accident claims, I truly see how AIL’s products help people.” Aside from representing American Income Life products, Chad plans to expand his community involvement to support Parkinson’s disease research.
When asked what advice he would give someone considering a sales position with AIL, he says, “Ask questions. We are in a business of asking questions and getting answers. Find someone doing well and follow them until you become them.” His office strives to make an economic impact on their community. Chad says, “We offer the best opportunity for growth and management, a chance to grow as mentors and leaders, and a financial impact for those with the correct tools and personality to see an opportunity as I did and run to the top.”
