Nick Moore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego before joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2010. Since then, success has been a constant companion. He was named the #1 Master General Agent internationally in 2016.
“I was attracted to AIL because my friend’s father was the business agent of the Local Union 267 and raved about how well the Union took care of its members,” recalls Nick. “American Income Life provides financial services protecting the assets of Union families and provides financial security in the weakest moments of someone’s life. Making an impact on the community and being able to provide for my family has been the most rewarding aspect of joining the Company,” says Nick.
Would Nick change anything if he could start over with AIL? “Nothing,” emphasizes Nick. “Every up and down molded me to who I am today.” He does offer advice, though, to anyone considering a sales or leadership position with American Income Life. “We focus on the team, rather than the individual, states Nick, “so have a clear vision and goals. This creates growth personally and professionally in mind, body, and spirit, which provides career opportunities and economic impact in our city, region, and state,” adds Nick.
Nick is closely involved with special-needs children. “I use programs to give children with disabilities a chance to work in the office to gain life and social experiences,” explains Nick. “I also have sponsored numerous sports team for underprivileged children,” he adds.
“In my free time, I like to travel, read, and spend time with my family,” says Nick. “But I’m also competitive and love all sports … basketball, football, baseball, golf, or anything that can give me an adrenaline rush.”
