Before Darcy Schrieber joined American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2010, he had a career in education as a high school principal. “I was attracted to AIL because of the financial freedom it afforded and its opportunities for unlimited growth,” he recalls. “American Income Life provided me an opportunity to change my family’s life. After earning my doctorate from Walden University in Educational Leadership in 2009, I served as a high school administrator for 11 years, have been in leadership at AIL, and serve as an Elder at my church. These collective experiences have given me a wide range of skills to support the growth and development of an organization and its people,” he adds.
What’s most rewarding about American Income Life for Darcy? “Some of my greatest accomplishments are attaining #4 Master General Agent {MGA) in 2018, and #1 Regional General Agent (RGA) in 2020, but what’s most rewarding is seeing the people I serve grow and develop,’ affirms Darcy.

Darcy is very involved with his church. “I’m a Christian, church Elder, and active in biblical research and study. I’m also passionate about serving ministries and organizations that honor God such as World Vision, Compassion International, Habitat for Humanity, and Life Remodeled” says Darcy. “In my free time, I play any and every sport, and am extremely competitive. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, working out, hunting, and fishing,” he adds.
