Klyo attended Simón Bolívar University in Caracas, Venezuela where she majored in international trade Before joining Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) in 2019, she worked in various general jobs, such as construction. “I wanted to become an organization leader because I have a passion for leading and developing people and helping them achieve their full potential. The opportunity came to me, but I pursued it with everything I had because I knew it was the perfect fit for me,” Klyo says.

What is Klyo’s greatest accomplishment with the Company? “I have accomplished so many great things with the Company, such as being a category winner, winning Waco Woods, and receiving numerous plaques. However, one of my proudest achievements was being the pioneer for the Orlando Office of the Q & P Organization, and opening that office from scratch,” she says.
