Before joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2016, Hemerson Gonzales already had a wealth of life experience. He went to high school in Orlando, Florida, where he was a member of the soccer team. After graduation, he attended Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogota, Columbia, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2003. After college, Hemerson joined the Army for four years and achieved the rank of 2
nd Lieutenant.
Hemerson worked for the insurance division of AAA as a Latino Division Manager prior to joining American Income Life. “Having more than 10 years of experience in the industry with both Latino and American markets, I’m uniquely qualified for Business leadership. Helping others has always been a priority in my life, so when this opportunity was offered to me, I accepted without hesitation,” he states.
He already had a successful career, so what brought Hemerson to AIL? “I was enticed to join American Income Life because of the opportunity to become a leader and have my own office as an Business Owner. My greatest personal accomplishment with AIL is finishing as top Regional General Agent and Master General Agent in both of my categories for the year 2018. I’m proof this Company really has ‘Opportunity Unlimited’ for those committed to change their lives and the lives of others. American Income Life offers opportunities to grow financially and professionally,” he emphasizes.
“What’s been most rewarding for me is my ability to develop new leaders and help them change their lives. If I could start over with AIL, I would recruit twice as much as I did my first two years, so more people could experience this amazing opportunity,” he adds.
His strong belief in AIL products helps make Hemerson so successful. “Our family protection plans are affordable and designed to protect the entire family. I have developed a team of bilingual professionals to bring education, information, and coverage to the people in our communities,” he states. He even spreads the word about AIL when taking part in his frequent church activities.
Always a sports fan, Hemerson follows soccer clubs in Dallas and Munich, as well as basketball’s Miami Heat. Not surprisingly, he still plays soccer himself and loves spending time with his wife and two miniature dogs, a Yorkie and a poodle.
