Before joining Globe Life American Income Division (AIL) in 2014, Jeremy Rivers was on a very different path. In 2013, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in pre-med from Florida A & M University. “I was pursuing my education in pre-med and chemistry and preparing to attend Emory University Medical School with a concentration in pediatric cardiovascular surgery. But the opportunity with AIL found me after leaving college. I was attracted by the unlimited growth opportunity the Company offered. What’s most rewarding for me about AIL is being in total control of my own destiny,” states Jeremy.
“I feel uniquely qualified to be an Organization leader for several reasons … my effective management, my ability to communicate on a mass level, my personal and leadership development, and my service to the community. I want to be an Organization leader to create new Organization leaders and to share this amazing opportunity with all others who want to change their lives,” says Jeremy. “Because Globe Life American Income Division products allow people to leave their families with a legacy and not a debt, I consider developing and serving the surrounding communities and teams my greatest accomplishment with AIL,” adds Jeremy proudly.
What’s Jeremy’s advice when you join the AIL team? “Be coachable and have a work ethic like none other. Community service and community food drives are part of the AIL philosophy. “I support local church events that partner with C.H.O.I.C.E.S. in Atlanta, an organization that fights the epidemic of childhood obesity. But in my spare time, I am a 10K runner. I also hike and do martial arts, which I practiced while in college. I also provide business consultations for small business owners,” he adds.
