About Nathan Hunt & Richard Correa

Nathan Hunt

Before joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2015, Nate Hunt attended Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado. He majored in criminal justice and received a Police Academy Graduate Certificate – POST Certification. He also acquired technical/vocational training in the area of dental surgery development. But American Income Life soon caught his attention with its lifetime renewals and limitless earning potential.

Was joining AIL the right decision for Nate? Absolutely, and success came quickly to him. Within four months of joining the Company, Nate became a State Agent. In 2016, he won the 101 Code and Annualized Life Premium Contest, a trip to Hawaii, and was named #5 General Agent in the Company. In 2017, he was named Master General Agent and later State General Agent.

What has been most rewarding for Nate? “It’s the ability to make others successful, the advancement available to me, opportunity unlimited, and the fact our products allow people to survive financially on the worst day of their families’ lives,” he emphasizes.

Nate offers this advice to anyone thinking about joining American Income Life. “Follow the Keys to Success: Be honest, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and love people,” he says. “We have a proven system and dedicated leadership designed to take ordinary people with no financial background and mold them into some of the most successful, extraordinary individuals within the financial services industry. That creates tremendous career opportunities and a positive economic impact in our region.”

Would Nate change anything if he could start over with AIL? “I would help make more people successful,” he says.

In addition to providing valuable insurance products in his region, Nate’s Agency also works with food banks and churches to provide food donations to support families that have fallen on difficult times.

In his free time, Nate is involved with youth athletics and enjoys music and biking.

Richard Correa

Colorado and Texas State General Agent, Richard Correa, started from humble beginnings. Before coming to American Income Life Insurance Company, Richard did data entry for an electronic funds transfer company. Richard was living on welfare and food stamps when a recruiter contacted him in 2003.

Within a month after he started with American Income Life, Richard was given his first management contract. He has been in a management position ever since.

“I believe many Agents make it a lot harder than they need too. Use your Managers; they have your best interest at heart and want you to be successful. And always remember, if at first you don’t succeed, do it the way your Manager told you to,” says Richard. “Too many times, early in my career, I tried to reinvent the wheel. I thought I was smarter than the system. I tried to rationalize with my Managers. I thought my eight to twelve months of experience trumped the Company’s 60+ years of experience and my Managers’.”

Today Richard has achieved goals he never thought possible. “AIL has allowed me to take care of my retired parents. My wife, who supported me early in my career, was able to pursue her dream of becoming a doctor. It’s all due to the time and financial benefits that AIL offers.”

Richard feels AIL products help people at horrible times in their lives. According to Richard the most important thing Agents need to understand is the difference between them doing their job well and not doing it well could be the difference between a widow losing her home or not. It could be the difference between a child having the opportunity to go to college or not. “That’s how Agents need to approach each appointment.”

Richard often refers to himself as the “poster child” for American Income Life. Richard started off with this Company struggling to support his family. Today, with all the help he received from the people under and above him, he has the opportunity to be State General Agent for American Income Life Insurance Company.
