Andre McCallum video coming soon.
State General Agent Zachary Hart first joined American Income Life in 2000, right out of high school. He was personally recruited by his brother, SGA Mathew Hart.
Zachary has been very successful during his career with American Income Life. He was the top Individual Producer in 2005 and was an award-winning General Agent in the same year. In 2009, Zachary was the #10 Personal Producer and became a Million Dollar Club qualifier in 2010. Zachary was the #1 Master General Agent in 2012 and the #3 MGA in 2013.
“American Income Life has shown me the true definition of Opportunity Unlimited, and has allowed me to be me! The Company has taught me to be a better leader, father, mentor, friend, and husband,” Zachary says about his rewarding career.
Zachary knows American Income Life products help people grieving the loss of a loved one. “American Income Life doesn’t have a product that won’t help people,” he says.
Zachary believes his life events brought him to the success he enjoys now. Even if he could, he wouldn’t change anything about his American Income Life career.
In his free time Zachary enjoys baseball, football, fishing, coaching, being a husband, and being a father to his four children. His office participates in daily food drives and donates time and money to local churches, hospitals, missions, cancer funds, and United Way.
“My office offers growth, jobs, upward mobility, vision, and everyone is determined! American Income Life will change your life mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially, if and only if you use the systems and work hard,” Zachary says to anyone considering a sales position with the Company.
Andre McCallum is truly an ‘American’ success story. He began his career with American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) while still a teenager. Prior to joining American Income Life in 2010, at the age of 19, his work history was typical for a young man starting out in life … a stint at Burger King, FedEx, and a local BP gas station. But since joining the AIL family, the word ‘typical’ no longer applies.
“While completing my Associates degree in Applied Science & Criminal Justice online from Fortis University, I worked fulltime with AIL,” says Andre. “In 2010, I was promoted to a Supervising Agent after generating $30,000 in net production within my first two months. I’ve been internationally ranked in the Top 10 as a Supervising Agent, General Agent, and Master General Agent” continues Andre. “In 2016, I finished as the #3 Master General Agent in the Company.”
What enticed Andre to join American Income Life? “I had to believe in the products before I believed in the Company. Our products initially help people by giving them peace of mind, because debt shouldn’t last longer than the person who created it. Our products are set up to get rid of debt. But the most rewarding aspect of joining the Company has been personal financial security and growth. I’ve changed my life and my family’s life in so many ways.”
What advice does Andre have for someone considering a career with AIL? “If you can see it, you can achieve it,” says Andre. “Just be coachable and follow directions.”
Andre has tremendous pride and belief in AIL. “American Income Life brings opportunity, opportunity for employment and career options … from entry level and middle level management to senior executive positions. We’re bringing more integrity, honesty, and trust to the region,” he emphasizes. “I was involved with different organizations and activities in Toledo, and now that I’ve moved to Missouri, getting involved with organizations here is a priority,” emphasizes Andre. “We have food banks in both our Earth City and Fairview Heights offices for families laid off from work or struggling to buy food. All our AIL programs are lay-off proof and strike-proof. If policyholders are laid off, they can request to have their premiums waived for a period of time. WE ARE THE COMMUNITY!”
Free time for Andre is family time. “I’m married and have three beautiful children. My free time is their free time. I’m a boxing coach, and my son is a two-time boxing champion. I live life to the fullest.”
